DRIVE YOUR FUTURE We are looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about programming, technology, and building practical digital solutions. In this role, you will apply your software engineering skills to real manufacturing challenges, developing applications, automation tools, and data-driven solutions that improve factory processes. You will work closely with technical experts and business stakeholders to understand their needs and transform them into reliable, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions for the manufacturing environment. YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and other business functions to understand operational needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.Design and implement digital solutions that support manufacturing processes and business decision-making.Develop, maintain, and continuously improve web-based applications across both backend and frontend technologies.Design and build Business Intelligence dashboards for KPI monitoring, operational performance, and data visualization.Create automation solutions for recurring activities, including reports, notifications, alerts, and workflow automation.Work with databases and large datasets, ensuring data quality, consistency, and efficient processing.Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications and digital tools.Test new solutions, gather user feedback, and adapt applications to evolving business requirements.Support end users through documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing activities, promoting the effective use of digital tools and data.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and continuously explore innovative solutions that can create value for the manufacturing environment. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical technical solutions.Experience with one or more programming languages or development technologies such as Python, C, C++, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, HTML, or CSS.Good understanding of software development principles and an interest in working across both backend and frontend technologies.Basic knowledge of relational databases, data structures, and SQL query development.Experience working with data, including data collection, validation, transformation, and analysis.Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.Ability to work in a dynamic environment where priorities and requirements may evolve.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside both technical and non-technical colleagues. WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent practical experience, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another relevant technical field.Experience with databases and data analysis tools. Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Angular, or similar technologies is considered an advantage.Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.Strong analytical skills and a structured, problem-solving mindset.Ability to summarize complex information and communicate it clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Curiosity and willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a complex and changing organizational environment.Previous experience with manufacturing processes, industrial data, BI tools, or digital transformation projects is considered an advantage.
