We contribute to our community About The Role We'rehiring a mid-level DevOps engineer who likes owning real problems end-to-end, from infrastructure design and pipeline architecturethrough toincident response andon-call. You already use AI as part of how you think, build, test, and ship. You'llkeep the infrastructure that moves money in production resilient and fast, build the multi-region cloud and CI/CD layers Xe's squads run on, and partner with engineering to ship AI-accelerated developer tooling.You'llwork in a small team with direct access to engineering, architecture, and security, own infrastructure in production, and partner with architects and team leads on cross-domain reliability decisions. Whatyou'lldo Own CI/CD pipeline reliability and developer experience across squads, including release gating, delivery automation, and rollback safety Build andoperatemulti-region cloud infrastructure on AWS, including identity (Cognito), networking, and disaster recovery Partner with engineering and architecture on AI-accelerated SDLC tooling adoption across the org Own production observability and incident response for shared infrastructure, including on-call rotation Use agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent) daily across the SDLC Whatwe'relooking for Must-have 3 to 6 years building and operating production infrastructure end-to-endStrong experience with AWS in production, including multi-region setups, IAM, networking, and managed servicesStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code toolingCI/CD pipeline ownership (GitHub Actions or equivalent), including release gating and delivery automationContainer orchestration experience in productionExperienceoperatinga production observability and monitoring stack, including SLO definition and alertingProduction incident response experience, including on-call rotationDaily use of agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent) across the SDLCStrong written and verbal communication Nice-to-have Experience with payments, FX, or regulated-industry infrastructureExperience with cloud-native identity platformsExperience with security and compliance in regulated environmentsExperience with enterprise database resilience (Oracle or equivalent)Experience in a globally distributed team with 24/7 ops coverage We want Xe to bea great placeto work and to ensure that our communities are represented across our workforce.
