DevOps Application Analyst

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Application Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting and maintaining enterprise applications in a DevOps environment, with strong expertise in Inform RiskShield, Linux, Red Hat, and JBoss. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure application stability, performance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Support, maintain, and troubleshoot applications within a DevOps environment.Administer and manage applications running on Linux and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) platforms.Deploy, configure, and monitor applications hosted on JBoss application servers.Work with Inform RiskShield to support fraud detection and risk management solutions.Perform incident analysis, root cause identification, and implement preventive measures.Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth application delivery.Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and production support.Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability.Follow DevOps best practices for automation, deployment, and continuous integration.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.Required Skills Strong experience in DevOps practices and application support.Hands-on experience with Inform RiskShield.Good knowledge of Linux administration.Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).Hands-on experience with JBoss Application Server.Experience working in Agile development environments.Familiarity with Scrum methodology.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Skills Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.Knowledge of scripting (Shell, Bash, or Python).Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.Experience in banking, financial services, or fraud prevention environments is an advantage.Experience 5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps/Application Support or a similar role.
