About the Role We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer specializing in Endpoint Security & Compliance to join our team in Krakow. In this role, you will play a critical part in monitoring, troubleshooting, and mitigating security threats using industry-leading Defender and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) technologies across a large-scale enterprise production environment. Key Responsibilities Threat & Infrastructure Management: Monitor, investigate, and mitigate threats using advanced Antivirus and EDR solutions.Vulnerability Support: Collaborate with internal IT teams to identify, prioritize, and address infrastructure vulnerabilities.Troubleshooting & Escalation: Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues with a strong focus on endpoint security software and EDR solutions.Policy & Compliance: Ensure alignment with organizational security policies, procedures, and best practices.Continuous Improvement: Stay current on the latest cybersecurity trends and share insights across teams to elevate collective capability.Requirements Education: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure troubleshooting, research, and support within large production environments.Security Expertise: Direct hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender Antivirus and Defender for Endpoint solutions.Location & Eligibility: Currently based in or around Krakow, Poland, with existing, valid work authorization (No sponsorship provided).Skills: Excellent root-cause analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
