Presently we are unable to sponsor and request applicants to apply who are authorized to work without sponsorship* Employment TYPE: Contract W2 - NO C2C Role: Full Stack Developer (mostly Front-End) Location: Plano, TX (5 days onsite) Contract: 6 months Contract-to-Hire Responsibilities: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a primary focus on front-end development to support the design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of modern web applications in a large corporate technology environment.The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of hands-on software development experience, with working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS. The candidate is primarily expected to work on front-end development activities, including building and maintaining UI components, supporting application enhancements, troubleshooting defects, and collaborating with the broader engineering team.Exposure to backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and database querying languages is preferred but not the primary focus of the role. This role is suitable for someone who has foundational full stack development experience, is comfortable learning in a fast-paced environment, and can contribute to delivery with guidance from senior engineers and team members.The candidate should be comfortable working in a cross-team setting, participating in team discussions, asking questions, sharing ideas, and contributing to innovation and continuous improvement. The role also requires responsible use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to support coding, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation, while validating AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, security, and maintainability.
