Full Stack Developer Overview The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining data delivery pipelines that support marketing business functions. This role involves building scalable systems that process marketing data, manage customer communication preferences, and ensure seamless data flow across a marketing technology stack. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack technical skills, cloud experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly in an agile development environment. What You'll Do Contribute to the execution of engineering projects, ensuring successful completion within defined timelines and quality standards.Develop and implement scalable engineering solutions using appropriate tools, technologies, and software development best practices.Develop and maintain data delivery pipelines that support business and marketing functions.Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of deliverables.Provide technical support and troubleshooting to address issues and challenges during project execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges clearly and effectively to stakeholders.Contribute to technical solutions involving data, cloud technologies, and emerging AI/ML capabilities. Technical Skills Strong full-stack software development experience. Proficiency with: PythonJavaScript / TypeScriptSQLFamiliarity with AWS or other cloud infrastructure platforms.Experience with software development methodologies, tools, and best practices. Professional Skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.Ability to work effectively within a highly regulated delivery environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience with Snowflake.Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.Previous software development experience supporting marketing-related business functions or teams.Experience contributing to scalable ML/AI solutions, including:Predictive modelsLLM-based workflowsAI/ML automation toolsExperience building and maintaining data pipelines and feature engineering workflows to support ML models.1–3 years of experience in software engineering or a related technical role. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a well-rounded full-stack engineer who can work across different technologies and projects. They should be comfortable learning new tools, solving problems independently, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adapting to changing technical requirements. Experience with cloud technologies, data platforms, and AI/ML solutions is a strong plus.
