1 00% remote- from POLAND UoP (CoE)- ONLY Your new role For our Client we are looking for an experienced Design System / UX Engineer who combines strong product design expertise with hands-on front-end development skills. This role focuses on building and evolving a scalable design system while creating intuitive user experiences for a complex, real-time platform powered by live data streams and AI-driven technologies. You will work closely with product and engineering teams, turning design concepts directly into production-ready components. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys solving UX challenges, shaping design standards, and delivering polished user experiences in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the company's design system as a scalable, reusable component library.Design and build user interfaces using React and TypeScript.Create interaction patterns, workflows, and UI standards that improve usability and consistency.Define visual language, including iconography, motion design, and data visualization.Ensure accessibility compliance and support keyboard-first user experiences.Optimize UI performance and responsiveness in data-intensive applications.Develop reusable templates, patterns, and design tokens for scalable theming and customization.Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions.Validate designs through user feedback and continuous product iteration. What you'll need to succeed 7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Engineering, or Front-End Development.Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.Proven experience owning and maintaining a design system in a production environment.Excellent visual design skills, including iconography, motion design, and data visualization.Deep understanding of modern UI architecture, component-based design, and design systems.Experience designing complex, data-driven applications used by professional users.Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.Understanding of real-time applications, state management, and front-end performance optimization.Experience with design tokens, theming strategies, and scalable UI frameworks.Ability to translate business and user requirements into elegant, practical solutions.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
