As a Senior Consultant, you will have:A Master’s degree in engineering, economics, and/or business administration.3–6 years of relevant experience, for example in consulting or a project-based role within the energy industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in areas like process analysis, operating model design, or technology implementation.A good understanding of the energy market and a strong interest in its technological trends.An intrinsic motivation to accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy system.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Dutch and English (mandatory). How do you do this?: This is how you will make an impact:Project Delivery & Problem-Solving: Take ownership of key project workstreams, conducting in-depth analysis, designing practical solutions, and creating high-quality deliverables that form the backbone of our transformation programs.Client Collaboration: Work closely with client counterparts on a daily basis, building trusted relationships, facilitating workshops, and clearly communicating your findings and recommendations.Business & Practice Development: Actively support the development of proposals and contribute to building our team's intellectual property by developing new points of view on key industry topics.Team Collaboration & Coaching: Act as a role model and guide for junior consultants, providing on-the-job coaching and fostering a collaborative team environment.
