Infrastructure Engineer

Microsoft Azure - Infrastructure Engineer | Permanent | Hybrid Working - 2x Days per week in London Office - £65,000pa + Annual Bonus and Benefits In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of traditional infrastructure and the emerging potential of AI and automation. With 90% of the Company's infrastructure in Azure and 10% on-premise, this is a hands-on role with broad technical exposure. You’ll help support the Company's ambition to remain a technology leader by applying modern solutions and a forward-thinking approach. This Infrastructure Engineer role will work on a hybrid format where 2 days per week you’ll work from the Company’s Central London office. The role will pay up to £65,000 as a starting basic and offer a very generous Annual Bonus Scheme + 14% Contributory Company Pension and an extensive Company benefits package. Unfortunately, VISA SPONSORSHIP is not available with this role and candidates applying must be currently based living in the UK and able to commute to London twice weekly. ***MUST HAVE*** Experience of managing infrastructure within a DevOps organisation, including Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automation, and enterprise monitoring and reporting tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Zabbix and Azure MonitorDeep Knowledge of Linux ServersDeep knowledge of modern Azure Cloud InfrastructureExperience of managing IP-based networks, WAN technologies, virtual server technologies, cloud platforms, DHCP/DNS, Microsoft 365, and SAN/NAS storage technologiesExperience with modern infrastructure event and log management, alerting, and related workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, Azure Log Analytics and Azure MonitorCommercial day to day experience with Cisco Meraki and Palo Alto To be considered , to apply and to learn more about this Infrastructure Engineer position, click APPLY and a Spencer Scott representative will make contact.
