What You’ll Do Lead the frontend development lifecycle of WebRTC/VoIP-based real-time call center SaaS designed for high loads, from architecture to deployment, using Vue 3, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind.Build and optimize over 400 domains and landing pages, ensuring Core Web Vitals excellence.Tackle ad-hoc frontend tasks like forms, A/B testing, and UX enhancements, including a new Nuxt.js-based form-editing solution.Contribute to CMS site runner.Drive innovation by adopting cutting-edge technologies to enhance user experience and performance.Mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and maintain clean, scalable code through rigorous testing and reviews.Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers (handling 15-25k requests/min at peak), and stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions. What You Bring 5+ years of frontend development experience with expertise in Vue 3, TypeScript, Nuxt.js, or similar modern frameworks.Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a passion for creating user-friendly, visually compelling interfaces.Proven ability to optimize for performance, scalability, and maintainability.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges and solutions.Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively.
