Summary: Turtle Beach is seeking a Product Validation & Test Engineer who embraces shared product ownership and is committed to building solutions that solve real problems for gamers. The selected candidate will lead testing and validation for gaming products that help shape the experience of millions of gamers worldwide. As a QA Engineer, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Turtle Beach gaming gear and companion software. Your work will support the delivery of robust, high-performance gaming peripherals that improve the experience of millions of gamers worldwide. Duties and Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities Execute test plans and test cases for firmware and software validation across Turtle Beach gaming products.Perform functional, regression, compatibility, firmware update, and feature verification testing.Test gaming peripherals and related products, including Audio devices, HID devices, simulation products, controllers, and companion software.Conduct Out-of-Box (OOB) testing and basic product validation activities. Issue Tracking and Validation Identify, reproduce, and document software and firmware issues with clear, actionable reproduction steps.Verify issue fixes and support regression testing to confirm product stability. Collaboration and Reporting Work closely with senior SWQA engineers and cross-functional teams to support project testing activities.Maintain accurate test records and provide timely status updates on testing progress and results.Participate in project meetings and contribute to ongoing product quality improvement efforts. Education/Experience/Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Basic understanding of software testing concepts, QA processes, Windows operating systems, and PC peripherals.Good English communication skills for reading specifications, reporting issues, and participating in meetings.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn quickly.Ability to work effectively in a team environment while taking ownership of assigned tasks. Disclaimer: The salary range for this role is NT$900,000-$1,300,000/year. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We ultimately may pay more or less than the published range, and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Taipei. This range may be modified in the future.
