Senior React Developer

Senior React Developer (Prague, Hybrid) Location: Prague, Czech Republic (Hybrid) Salary: Up to 200,000 CZK per month We're partnering with a global financial services organisation looking to hire an experienced Senior React Developer to join a high-performing engineering team building next-generation trading applications. This is an opportunity to work on business-critical, real-time trading platforms used by institutional clients worldwide. You'll play a key role in shaping frontend architecture, driving engineering best practices, and delivering highly performant user interfaces in a modern React ecosystem. What you'll be doing: • Designing and developing complex React applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability • Leading frontend architecture and technical decision-making across shared codebases • Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features • Driving code quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices • Mentoring developers and contributing to technical standards across the team • Working within a modern CI/CD environment to deliver production-ready software What we're looking for: • Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript • Experience building complex, scalable frontend applications • Knowledge of GraphQL (Apollo Client), TanStack React Query, and modern frontend architecture • Strong understanding of testing using React Testing Library, Vitest, and Playwright • Experience making architectural decisions and leading large-scale frontend initiatives • Excellent software engineering fundamentals and passion for clean, maintainable code Nice to have: • Experience with Vite, pnpm, or micro-frontend architecture • AG Grid, React Hook Form, or Zod • Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling • Experience building applications in financial services, trading, or other high-performance environments What's on offer: • Salary up to 200,000 CZK per month • Hybrid working in Prague • Opportunity to build mission-critical trading technology • Collaborative engineering culture with modern tooling • Long-term career progression within a globally recognised organisation
