Software Technical Lead Location: Cheshire - Hybrid Salary: £60,000 & bonus Maxwell Bond have partnered with an established Software business who are looking for an experienced Software Technical Lead to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to combine hands-on development with technical leadership, taking ownership of architecture, mentoring developers and helping shape the future of a suite of enterprise software products built on the Microsoft technology stack. What you'll do as Software Technical Lead: Take ownership of the designs and development of scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft Technologies.Lead and mentor a small development team while driving engineering best practices.Work closely with Technical Analysts and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
