Senior Front-End Developer (React)

📍work from Poland Project Description: Building a trading platform for innovative international top-tier hedge fund from the ground up, comprising of front-office system for traders, pre-trade checks and analysis, intra-day positions management, order management and routing, risks and limits management, reports of trading activities, FIX connectivity, market data providers connectivity (e.g. Bloomberg B-pipe). Responsibilities: The Team is focused on the development and maintenance of various applications. The successful candidate will have considerable and proven experience in React, a good working knowledge of end-user and server-side data processing techniques, a good understanding of SDLC and agile development methodologies. Mandatory Skills Description: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Expert-level proficiency in React (or equivalent modern UI framework) with TypeScript/JavaScript Strong understanding of React UI design patterns and commonly used TypeScript/JavaScript patterns Proven experience with multiple global state management libraries (e.g. Redux, Zustand, MobX, Recoil, or similar) Strong passion for UI styling — deep knowledge of CSS, CSS-in-JS, and design systems Strong background in problem solving and debugging complex front-end issues Expertise integrating UI with backend services (REST APIs, WebSockets) Nice-to-Have Skills Description: -Experience with ag-Grid for high-performance data table rendering Familiarity with React Query (TanStack Query) for server-state management Experience with Node.js and/or NestJS for backend or full-stack work Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD pipelines Languages: English: B2 Upper Intermediate
