About The Role We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment, monitoring, and automation of our applications. Your expertise will help us optimize our development pipelines, improve system reliability, and implement scalable solutions across multiple cloud platforms. You will collaborate closely with development, operations, and product teams to foster a culture of continuous integration and continuous delivery, leveraging modern tools and best practices to support our innovative projects. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in DevOps practices, with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, containerization, and automation tools. Proficiency in Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Docker, Jenkins, and GitOps practices is essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills in German (C1/C2 level) and English are required. A proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and a passion for technological innovation are highly valued. Relevant certifications and experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or OpenShift will be considered advantageous. Responsibilities Operate and continuously improve Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and performance.Implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD to streamline deployment workflows.Manage application deployments with Helm, ensuring consistency and reliability.Monitor system health and observability using Prometheus and Grafana, setting up dashboards and alerts.Automate CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins and Groovy scripts to accelerate development cycles.Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, enabling scalable and repeatable infrastructure provisioning.Containerize applications and orchestrate them efficiently with Docker.Handle configuration management tasks using Ansible or Puppet to maintain system consistency.Collaborate with various cloud providers and cloud solutions, including AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and OpenShift, to support multi-cloud strategies.
