Development Analyst

Join ESR Group, a leading Asia-Pacific real asset manager focused on New Economy sectors, including logistics, data centres, and infrastructure and renewables. We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Development Analyst to join our Sydney team. Supporting ESR's national Development business, you will work closely with Development, Funds Management and Finance teams to deliver financial analysis, feasibility modelling and reporting across a diverse development pipeline. Key responsibilities of the role: Prepare, maintain and review development feasibilities, cash flow models and scenario analysis to support investment and development decisionsDeliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including investor reports, budgets and reforecastsPartner with Development, Funds Management and Finance teams to evaluate development opportunities, leasing outcomes and project performanceManage and enhance development databases, financial models and reporting tools to improve data quality and decision-makingIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology, automation and AI tools to improve efficiency Requirements To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills, experience and approach: Degree qualified in Property, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline, with 2+ years' relevant experienceStrong financial modelling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capability and exposure to property or real estate dataCommercially astute with the ability to interpret and present complex financial and market informationHighly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesCurious and proactive mindset, with an interest in continuous improvement, technology and AI-enabled ways of working Benefits Grow with us - Career growth and learning We believe our greatest strength lies in the growth and development of our team.
