The role covers: Agentic AI Development • Architecting autonomous, goal-driven agents using LLMs, memory, tools, and reasoning frameworks • Designing multi-agent systems with planning and decision-making capabilities • Frameworks — LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar AI Integration • LLM integration — OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) — context-aware system design • Vector databases — Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or similar Python & Java Engineering • Python — scalable APIs, backend systems, and automation pipelines (must have) • Java — enterprise-grade system development (must have) • RESTful API design and microservices architecture RPA & Intelligent Automation • Workfusion — end-to-end RPA implementation (must have) • Bridging AI with legacy system integration • Business process automation and optimisation
