A learning mindset, with a willingness to seek feedback, engage with team standards, and continuously improve technical product management skills. A willingness to share domain knowledge with the team, mentor newer Technical Product Managers, and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing. The Following Approach Would Be Beneficial: Genuine enjoyment of the people side of work, including collaborative problem-solving and maintaining a steady, positive presence under pressure.
