Following significant growth, they're looking for experienced Backend Engineers who enjoy solving complex engineering problems, building scalable systems, and working alongside a world-class product and engineering team. 📍 Hybrid – London (4 days per week in the office) 💷 £120,000–£160,000 Base + Equity 🚀 The Opportunity You'll be joining a high-performing engineering team responsible for designing and building the core platform that powers a fast-growing global business. Your work will involve: 🌳 Building scalable backend services 🌳 Designing distributed systems that operate at scale 🌳 Developing APIs supporting high volumes of traffic 🌳 Building reliable transaction and workflow services 🌳 Delivering AI-enabled product capabilities 🌳 Improving platform performance, resilience and scalability 🌳 Taking products from concept through to production 🌳 What You'll Do You'll work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to deliver features that have measurable customer and business impact.
