The Role We are seeking an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver high-value AI Agent solutions across the Veeva Quality Cloud suite of products. Veeva Quality Cloud accelerates the manufacturing of high-quality products to a greater number of patients. The cloud platform unifies applications, processes and partners across content management, training, Quality Management System (QMS) and QC lab solutions (LIMS). In this role, you will be an expert in the use of AI to design and build AI agents that analyze document content and intelligently extract the information to map & store them as structured data within the Veeva Quality Cloud data model (i.e. ‘Docs to Data’). What You'll Do Hands-on design and development of AI agents focused on ‘Docs to Data’ across the Veeva Quality CloudDesign and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and promptsWork with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AIAssist with AI Agent evaluationsPresent feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders Requirements 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML applicationsExperience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integrationCoding skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIsStrong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineeringStrong collaboration skills for working with engineering, UX design, and application product management teamsExcellent communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervisionMust be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zoneMust be able to travel 20% Nice to Have Experience in a data scientist, machine learning, or data engineering roleExperience in Life SciencesExperience building products on application development platformsExperience building software for regulated industriesExperience interacting with customers and internal teams remotely and across geographies Interviewing with Veeva We value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
