Quality Assurance Engineer

Role & Company Overview Our client, a leading SaaS company, are looking for a QA Engineer. You will have the ability to get an in-depth understanding of the operation of the product, related customer processes and governance procedures as well as a passion for creating complex testing solutions and for continuously improving the quality of the product. Key Responsibilities Managed end-to-end testing activities, including functional, regression, and system testing across multiple releases.Applied a proactive and analytical approach to testing, identifying issues beyond standard "happy path" scenarios.Set up, configured, and maintained test environments to support effective and efficient testing cycles.Designed, developed, and maintained comprehensive manual test scripts and test cases.Assessed the regression impact of release changes and planned testing activities accordingly to mitigate risk.Provided accurate effort estimates for user story testing, regression testing, and release cycles. Requirements 5+ years QA experience in a SaaS environmentProficiency in manual & Automation testing techniques and methodologiesTesting across multiple browsersExperience of using tools such as ALM Octane, JIRAPlatforms: Linux, Android, iOS This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week onsite in Wokingham and 2 days working from home.
