Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable web applications using .NET and React, combined with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, which is a mandatory requirement for this role. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the adoption of AI-driven features and automation solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using .NET and React.Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end solutions.Integrate AI technologies and machine learning capabilities into business applications.Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application stack.Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions.Required Skills & Experience Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience.Strong experience with:C# / .NET (.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8)React.jsASP.NET CoreWeb APIs and REST servicesSQL Server and database designGit and CI/CD pipelinesMandatory hands-on experience with AI technologies, such as:Generative AI solutionsLarge Language Models (LLMs)AI integrations using OpenAI, Azure AI, or similar platformsAI-powered applications and automationExperience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Language Requirements Fluent Polish (spoken and written)Fluent English (spoken and written)Nice to Have Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or Microsoft Copilot technologies.Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of microservices architecture.Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code.
