Product Engineers | Backend/Full Stack Developer | London or Remote | £60K-£90K + Equity

Backed by LocalGlobe with angels from Tessian, Incident.io and Maze, this startup have built an AI-native platform that hundreds of enterprise B2B companies like Canva, Ramp, Elastic, Synthesia and NinjaOne use to run their go-to-market.
They help marketing and sales teams create hyper-personalised content at scale, track engagement down to the contact level, and give sales the insights to close deals faster.
You'll be joining an engineering team of 13, and there's two spots available for mid-level engineers.
The stack is Go, TypeScript with React and Next.js, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, and BigQuery, deployed on AWS and GCP with AI features built on Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, and Vertex AI.
Every developer gets Claude Team, Cursor, and whatever AI tools they need to ship fast.
What you'll be doing
Owning problems end to end.
From understanding customer needs through to architecture, implementation and iteration.
No handoffs, no waiting for specs.Building across the stack.
Go microservices handling hundreds of millions of events, React/Next.js interfaces used by enterprise marketing and sales teams, and everything in between.
This is a backend leaning role.Shipping AI-powered features.
Content generation, account intelligence, campaign automation.
AI is part of the product, not a separate workstream.Designing for scale.
Event pipelines, identity resolution, CRM sync, integration infrastructure across Kafka, Postgres, Redis and BigQuery.
What they're looking for
Product-minded builders who care more about solving the right customer problem than which part of the stack it lives in.You've led projects from ambiguous brief to shipped product, ideally at a startup or fast-moving team.You write well, explain technical decisions clearly, and give and receive feedback directly.Production experience in at least one of Go, TypeScript/React, or cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP.Backend skills matter more than any specific language.
Strong fundamentals and knowledge of distributed systems is what counts.
Paying £60,000 to £90,000 + equity.
The team has a HQ in London (Shoreditch), which you're welcome to work from or you can work fully remotely.
