In this role, you'll: Assist in analysing, designing, developing, and maintaining software and platforms, including transitioning legacy systems to cloud-based solutions. Collaborate with teams using Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices to enhance products, resolve issues, and improve processes and service delivery. Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to analyse needs, provide input into solutions, address service issues, and ensure a strong customer experience. You use your technical skills and problem-solving ability to build and improve software solutions.
