Documentation / Communication Strong in-code documentation habits, including dartdoc and inline commentsExperience writing handover documentation and team playbooksClear written and verbal communicationComfortable working across design, product, QA, and engineering teams Ways of Working Comfortable owning a feature end-to-end, from design to build, demo, and handoverAble to work onsite in Dubai, 5 days a week Nice to Have Open-source packages or appsLive apps published on the App Store and/or Play StoreUnderstanding of agentic development and prompt engineering concepts
