📋 About the Position Quality is more than testing - it starts with robust build and release processes, automated testing, and reliable CI/CD pipelines. Main Tasks: • You drive the continuous improvement of our CI/CD, build and release processes to ensure reliable, reproducible and customer-ready software releases • You design and implement automated testing strategies, including unit, UI and regression tests • You build and maintain a reliable test and staging environment to support high-quality installer-based software delivery in a Windows environment • You define best practices, maintain technical documentation and contribute to sustainable knowledge transfer within the development organization • You will support the development of our SCADA product RITOP based on Siemens WinCC OA. Previous WinCC OA experience is not required • You proactively identify opportunities to optimize development, testing and release workflows • You evaluate and implement Docker-based solutions for development and staging environments 🎯 Requirements: • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable technical qualification • You have at least 3–5 years of experience in Software Development, CI/CD, Build Engineering or Test Automation (Unit/Regression/UI) • You have hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, build & release management and modern version control systems (Git/Bitbucket) • You have experience with Docker; knowledge of Linux-based test and staging environments is an advantage • Experience with object-oriented software development (e.g. C++, C#, JavaScript or TypeScript) is an advantage • You work in a structured, pragmatic and quality-driven manner • You are a collaborative team player who enjoys driving continuous improvement Language Skills: • Good English skills in both spoken and written form • German skills - minimum requirement B2, C1 preferred 🎁 What We Offer • Working with modern technologies and continuous engineering training • Permanent employment • Christmas bonus, Easter bonus office • Supplementary and additional health insurance + annual physical examination • Baby birth bonus – 1000 EUR • We cover the cost of kindergarten • We cover the cost of study (studying with work, final years of study) • We cover the cost of feeding workers in the amount of EUR 100 per month • Paid transportation costs and secured parking • Flexible working hours.
