ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our client's dynamic team in Oslo, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions across key ServiceNow modules including IT Asset Management, Strategic & Application Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management, and Integrated Risk Management. You’ll work on mission-critical projects and play a key role in shaping our ServiceNow platform in alignment with modern engineering practices. **PLEASE NOTE, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE ON-SITE ATTENDANCE IN OSLO, NORWAY 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK**. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules.Lead the development of medium-to-high impact changes within the platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.Ensure quality through automated testing and adherence to development best practices.Continuously optimize performance and user experience across ServiceNow applications.Stay current with industry trends, ServiceNow releases, and platform capabilities. Requirements: 5–10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.Hands-on expertise in one or more of the following modules: ITAM, SPM, APM, CSM, Custom Applications, IRM, BCM, TPRM.Strong understanding of JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow APIs.Proven experience designing complex ServiceNow workflows and integrations.Ability to make sound architectural decisions with awareness of trade-offs and risks.Experience mentoring team members and contributing to engineering best practices.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps tools.
