Your work will power our SaaS and Agent products, making them scalable, reliable, and impactful for global customers. You’ll help translate real-world customer needs into robust technical solutions that drive measurable value. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Design and implement agent-based architectures and workflowsBuild and scale high-performance cloud SaaS systems across backend and frontendTurn product and customer requirements into production-ready solutionsOwn initiatives end-to-end, from architecture to deploymentOccasionally interact with customers to clarify needs and ensure successful deliveryContinuously improve code quality and engineering standards Your Profile You’re a good fit for this role if you: Have 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in cloud SaaS applications, with strong expertise in Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar languages OR are a recent Master’s graduate from a top university (TUM, Oxford, Ivy League, ETH, KIT, etc.) with hands-on development experience through internships, working student positions, or personal projectsAre passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and building products that delight usersThink end-to-end: from system design to production-ready implementationThrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and take ownership of critical technical decisionsCan communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Why Join Us?
