Software Engineer – Platform and Infrastructure (Backend / Cloud / DevOps)

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer – Platform & Infrastructure to join our software engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions and cloud-based platforms that support business-critical applications. Working in an agile environment, you will collaborate with software engineers, architects, and DevOps specialists to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. Your Tasks Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services. Implement and enhance RESTful APIs and integration solutions. Design and optimize database structures and persistence layers. Develop cloud-native solutions using modern AWS services. Build and maintain containerized applications and deployment environments. Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support automated software delivery. Participate in system integration and ensure seamless communication between software components. Perform code reviews, technical testing, and quality assurance activities. Analyze and resolve technical issues while contributing to system stability and performance. Support the operation and continuous improvement of software platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Contribute to technical discussions, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in backend software development. Experience developing enterprise software using Java and modern backend frameworks. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservice architectures, and distributed systems. Experience working with relational databases and data modelling. Practical experience with AWS cloud services, Docker, and CI/CD tools. Familiarity with DevOps principles and modern software development practices. Experience working in agile development environments such as Scrum or Kanban. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within international and multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English (written and spoken).
