Test Engineer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Develop test plans based on program requirements. Coordinate test activities across internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Ensure test environments, data, and tools are prepared and available. Ensure alignment with program goals and stakeholder expectations. Act as the central point of contact for all testing-related activities. Collaborate with program managers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. Regularly update stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Oversee execution of test cases, ensuring adherence to scope and timelines. Track test progress, defects, resolution, and reporting. Escalate issues promptly. Facilitate daily stand-ups or status meetings during the test phase. Ensure proper test coverage and adherence to testing protocols. Ensure documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results. Provide reporting on test progress, defects, and risks. Prepare phase-end summaries and contribute to go/no-go decisions. Identify testing risks and dependencies. Develop mitigation plans. Experience with Playwright, Karate, or similar frameworks. Strong understanding of testing methodologies and test lifecycle management. Extensive experience in BAT and SIT. Experience managing testing efforts for multiple parallel initiatives. Strong stakeholder alignment, coordination, and communication skills. Expertise in test preparation, execution, and defect management. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of test management tools and methodologies. Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management tools. Experience working in large-scale, complex programs. Knowledge of test automation concepts. Experience in regulated and complex finance environments. Knowledge of nCino and/or Salesforce. ISTQB certification or equivalent.
