Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain existing cloud infrastructure and Linux/Windows serversPerform routine system backups, updates, and health checksRespond to developer support requests and basic troubleshootingMaintain documentation for systems and proceduresAssist with AWS/Azure/GCP resource management (basic operations)Maintain Docker containers and basic Kubernetes workloadsSupport Jenkins/GitLab CI pipeline operations (no complex modifications required)Manage account application for various external systems, for example Claude, ChatGPT Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field3+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or DevOps supportExperience with Linux/Windows server administrationFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)Basic understanding of Docker or containerization conceptsBasic scripting ability (Bash, Python, or similar)Basic networking and security conceptsExperience working in a North American environment is preferred Zepp Health is an Equal Opportunity employer and welcomes everyone to our team.
