About the role Join a team developing software used in business- and mission-critical communication systems supporting organizations across the globe. Our solutions play a key role in industries such as public safety, healthcare, transportation, logistics, and energy — where reliability and performance truly matter. You will be part of a team responsible for applications used to configure, manage, and diagnose communication devices and infrastructure, working across the full software development lifecycle. Your responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing applicationsParticipate in architecture design and technical discussionsTake ownership of features from requirements to releaseCollaborate in an Agile team (Scrum, 2-week sprints, Jira)Work closely with cross-functional teams in an international environmentContribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharingSupport and mentor less experienced team members What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related fieldSolid understanding of software engineering principlesExperience with C# and .NETPractical knowledge of Git version controlStrong problem-solving skills and proactive mindsetGood command of English (spoken and written) Nice to have Experience with SQL ServerFamiliarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
