Description

Role Drive innovation along the presbyopia workflow and deduce product, service and market implementation requirements from customer insights / needs to feed into overall service and product development and steer all relevant internal and external functions delivering these needs accordingly Steer the decision-making process in case of competing goals for workflows, services and products between the involved teams within and cross Business Sectors Safeguard the alignment within the Business Sector (PM, R&D), SBU (e.g. Strategic Marketing, Sales & Support) and other functions such as Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management to bring workflow-specific business plan to life Consolidate competitor information from different stakeholders and review other relevant information on developments and trends in the market as a basis for adjusting the workflow roadmap, positioning concepts and the strategic implementation measures in the company Build application know-how on workflow level with special focus on presbyopia management Maintain close contact with key opinion leaders for joint development and input into commercial development and marketing activities Support the planning, analysis and documentation of formative and summative usability studies and validations Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Usability Engineering Files in compliance with IEC 62366-1 and FDA/NPMA Guidance and assist in the development of use specifications, task analyses, and user interface specifications Provide Usability documentation for Design History Files (DHF) and regulatory submissions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (R&D, QA/RA, Clinical, Design) to integrate user insights into product design Communicate usability findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders Profile Completed degree in Healthcare or International Management, Economics/Business Administration, Human Factors Engineering, Medical Technology, Optometry, or related fields Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in product management and/or human factors engineering; marketing, sales or business management is an advantage, preferably in a medical technology company with hard- and software products Entrepreneurial mindset and way of working, paired with strong team spirit Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as strong coordination abilities Strong analytical, strategic, and organizational skills Willingness to travel Business fluency in German and English SThree_Germany is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
