Senior Front End Web Developer, GBSG

Overview We are seeking a Senior Front End Web Developer specializing in React to join our Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) Marketing team. You’ll be focused on delivering high-quality web components and widgets for our platforms, enhancing existing solutions built by platform PD teams, and building new ones. Additionally, this role involves executing experimentation tests to optimize user experiences and integrating AI solutions. This position requires extensive experience in developing complex web solutions, comfort with researching and leveraging AI technologies, and the ability to lead our evolving component solutions that meet business needs with a focus on velocity and scale. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Marketing, and back-end platform teams to ensure compatibility and seamless integration of component solutions on our web platform. Responsibilities Design and develop advanced web components and widgets using React, requiring complex coding skillsEnhance existing solutions and collaborate with platform PD teams to develop and integrate new solutions, including those involving AI technologiesLead and execute experimentation tests to enhance user experiences and conversionsResearch and leverage AI technology to optimize web solutions and deliver innovative experiencesSet up and manage web experience (A/B) testing by collaborating closely with the Optimization teamCoordinate integrations, testing, and releases with QA and other teamsDocument and maintain high quality standards, track issues and bugs, and develop solutions for platform improvementsCollaborate cross-functionally with UX Design, Product Development, Marketing, and back-end platform teamsSolve complex problems that arise during the development process and proactively address roadblocksContribute to the establishment of web development standards and best practicesDrive operational efficiencies through effective technical execution, documentation, and process improvementsLead and scale web development teams with process and technological workflow experienceSupport end-to-end initiatives, special projects, web migrations, and experimentation as neededConfigure and manage CDN and edge delivery infrastructure (e.g., Akamai) for website orchestration and performance optimization.Monitor and maintain core web vitals, site accessibility, and technical SEO/GEO standards through ongoing research, site audits, and remediation. Qualifications 5+ years hands-on front-end design and development experienceHTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design, React, Javascript, JSON, etc.Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines - Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.Experience with testing automation (unit, integration, interaction, visual regression) - Vitest, Jest, Playwright, Chromatic, etc.Knowledge of WordPress Gutenberg - CMS AuthoringExperience in the design, development and deployment of websitesExperience using wireframing and prototyping toolsFamiliar with W3C standardsProven success using and driving a repeatable, iterative software development methodologyFamiliar with SCRUM/Agile methodologyExperience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to accelerate coding, testing, and review workflows.Strong understanding of web architecture concepts (sessions, cache, cookies)Experience using A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, etcExperience of using various web analytics software such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, etcStrong understanding of SEO and GEO from a content and technical perspective including meta tags and JSON+LD schemaAggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumenAbility to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniquesStrong communication skills, ability to transform complex technical information into something easier to understand Footer Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
