Software Quality Analyst

Job Description – Software Quality Analyst (Cloud Migration) Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ / Alpharetta, GA Work Model: 100% Onsite (5 Days a Week) Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE) Visa: Visa Independent Candidates Only (US Citizen, Green Card, EAD-GC, TN, E3) Key Responsibilities Define and execute migration testing strategies, test plans, and test scenarios.Design and execute functional, integration, API, batch, regression, and end-to-end test cases.Validate migrated data for accuracy, completeness, reconciliation, and integrity.Perform cloud infrastructure validation including networking, deployments, IAM/access controls, and CI/CD pipelines.Manage defects using defect management tools and provide daily testing metrics, reports, and risk assessments.Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, API, performance, and data validation testing.Collaborate with Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Security, Architecture, and Data Migration teams throughout project delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.7+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience.Strong experience supporting Cloud Migration projects.Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, End-to-End, API, and Batch testing.Strong experience with Data Validation, Data Reconciliation, and Data Integrity Testing.Hands-on experience with API Testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.Experience with automation testing using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.Experience validating CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.Experience with defect management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.Strong SQL skills for backend and data validation.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
