As a developer at Pair, you'll work across the full stack of our web platform – architecture, design, the whole build.
In this role, you'll be part of a tight-knit team of sharp and driven developers, as well as experts in design and product.
You will be
Developing web application features in Laravel, used by more than 1 million people worldwideUsing AI tools as part of your everyday dev workflowWork in an empowered product development team, who value prioritizing customer value, own what you build, and ship to production several times per day
We expect you to have
A few years of professional coding experienceExperience in using AI toolsExperience in Laravel is not required but considered a strong plus – what matters most is that you're hungry to learn new languages, tools, and technologies, and that you know a similar framework, e.g.
Django (Python), Ruby on Rails, Symfony (PHP), or Spring Boot (Java/Kotlin).A growth mentality where you constantly push yourself to improve your skills and learn new concepts and domains

Our company language is English, but since our head office is in Sweden, it’s a plus to know Swedish as well.

This is a full-time position based in Stockholm or Jönköping.
