We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Hardware Engineer responsible for the reliability and stability of the technical environment of the live casino studio.
The role covers servers, networking, system services, and physical technical infrastructure supporting 24/7 studio operations.
The engineer ensures continuous availability of internal platforms, connectivity, and operational hardware required for uninterrupted live gaming.
This is a hands-on position combining infrastructure administration with on-site technical support and incident resolution.

Responsibilities
Network Operations
Configure and maintain switches, VLANs, and routingMonitor latency, packet loss, and connectivity stabilityTroubleshoot infrastructure connectivity incidentsCoordinate with ISPs and external providers when requiredEnsure network readiness for real-time operations
Hardware & Technical Infrastructure
Maintain operational PCs and technical racksSupport deployment of new equipment and expansionsMaintain structured cabling and patch panelsInstall and route network, power, and signal cablesInstall and mount cameras and related hardware equipmentConnect and integrate peripherals and technical devicesDiagnose and repair hardware-related operational issues
Incident Response & Reliability
Act as escalation point for complex technical failuresPerform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutionsMaintain operational documentationEnsure high availability of critical systems
