Summary

Lead the development and implementation of an organization-wide DevOps strategy for a large financial-services environment. You will manage a DevOps team, establish policies and automation practices, integrate CI/CD, testing, and monitoring, oversee digital assurance, and align DevOps adoption with Agile delivery. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree, seven to ten years of IT experience, and three to five years of DevOps team leadership.

Job Summary Oversees the digital assurance services and the governance program for agile projects of theBank. How will you contribute? Creates, leads, and implements the DevOps Strategy of the Group.a. Leads the development and implementation of the DevOps strategy to accelerate time-to-market, improve software quality, and increase operational efficiency.b. Develops and maintains comprehensive DevOps policies and procedures to guide theBank’s DevOps practices.c. Collaborates with application development divisions, IT operations, and quality assuranceteams to implement automated processes for continuous integration and delivery(CI/CD), testing, and monitoring.d. Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within theorganization, fostering the adoption of DevOps practices.e. Oversees the digital assurance function:- Establishes automation testing strategies, techniques, tools, andframeworks; and- Manages the automated testing platform and testing service providers.f. Develops a strategic plan to integrate DevOps practices within the Agile framework,ensuring that the plan aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.g. Implements the integrationstrategy across projects, ensuring consistency and alignmentwith business needs. What will make you successful?
