Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and innovative Frontend / Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences and reliable system performance.
This role involves building responsive user interfaces, developing scalable server-side applications, integrating APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities include:
Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces for desktop and mobile platforms.Develop scalable server-side applications, business logic, and RESTful APIs.Integrate front-end applications with databases, cloud services, and third-party APIs.Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues throughout the development lifecycle.Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver software solutions.Participate in system architecture, code reviews, and technical planning sessions.Design and manage relational or NoSQL database structures and data models.Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.Support deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and production monitoring.Prepare technical documentation, API documentation, and development guides.Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and software development best practices.Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Strong understanding of software development principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks.Knowledge of back-end development concepts, server-side programming, and API development.Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases and database design principles.Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and system integration concepts.Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD concepts is an advantage.Understanding of web application security, authentication, and authorization practices.Experience with testing, debugging, and performance optimization methodologies.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile or cross-functional teams.High attention to detail and commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable code.Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and emerging technologies.Professional attitude with adaptability and a strong commitment to delivering reliable software solutions.Commitment to innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in software development.
