We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team building and scaling our Automated Recruiting System. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and deploying modern software solutions that power our global recruitment pipeline. Whether you’re a Quarkus and Vue.js specialist or a seasoned Spring Boot and React/Angular engineer ready to expand your toolkit, we’d love to talk to you. Build & Scale: Develop robust, secure, and scalable backend services and responsive frontend interfaces for our core recruitment applications.Maintain Quality: Write clean, well-tested code (unit and integration tests) and actively participate in peer code reviews.Deploy & Automate: Collaborate on continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to maintain fast, safe deployment cycles.Collaborate in Agile: Work alongside cross-functional team members in an agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment, contributing to architecture discussions and system design. Experience and Skills You will Need 1. Ideal Tech Stack Backend: Experience with Quarkus (Java)Frontend: Proficiency in Vue.jsDatabase: Strong knowledge of PostgreSQLDevOps & Scripting: Practical understanding of Docker, Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines), Maven, Bash, and Python 2. Alternative / Equivalent Tech Stack (We welcome strong foundational experience in modern equivalents!) Backend: Solid experience with Spring Boot, Play Framework, or similar Java/JVM frameworks.Frontend: Experience with React, Angular, or modern JS/TS frameworks.Databases: Deep knowledge of Relational Databases (RDBMS).Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of Gradle, Podman, or containerd. 3. Core Engineering & Domain Skills Tooling: Hands-on experience with Git, modern IDEs, Jira / Azure DevOps, and standard workspace collaboration tools.Engineering Practices: Solid understanding of clean code principles, automated testing, web security, and system architecture.Mindset: An agile approach to software development, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.
