Fullstack Engineers - AI Integrations (All levels), Athens, Hybrid The Role & The Client Our team has been exclusively retained to find top-tier engineering talent for one of the most innovative players in the AI Orchestration space, a US-backed scale-up expanding their team in Athens which redefining enterprise productivity by building Autonomous AI Agents. Instead of simple chatbots, they build "Digital Coworkers" that integrate deeply into enterprise systems to execute complex workflows. Having already secured significant funding and a portfolio of global enterprise customers, they are now scaling their Deployed & Integration teams. The Mission As a Fullstack Engineer (AI Integrations), you will act as a technical bridge. You will not just be writing code in isolation; you will be architecting the AI integrations to the company's client environment acting within complex ecosystems of global organizations. Key Responsibilities: Architect AI Workflows: Design and implement end-to-end AI integrations using Python, TypeScript, Node.js or Java.Bridge Systems: Build and maintain robust integrations between our client’s AI platform and enterprise-grade software (CRMs, ERPs, and custom APIs).Fullstack Ownership: Develop intuitive interfaces and scalable backend services that power real-time AI decision-making.Direct Impact: Work on high-visibility projects where your solutions directly solve "unsolvable" operational bottlenecks for major clients. The Profile We Are Looking For We are looking for "High-Profile" Engineers with a strong academic Background in CE/CS or relevant field & individuals who thrive when given a problem and a blank canvas. Technical Excellence: Strong experience in Python or TypeScript/Node.js or Java and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js) is a plus.Client Excellence: You are customer driven. The role requires Client facing. Client issues shall excite you and you constantly try to achieve great level of support.Systems Thinking: You understand how data moves through an organization. You are comfortable with APIs, Webhooks, and Cloud Infrastructure.AI Enthusiast: You are deeply curious about Generative AI, Vector Databases, and the shift toward Agentic Workflows.Problem Solver: You don’t need a 20-page requirement doc to start.
