Orlando, FL (Onsite Monday-Friday) Salary $75k-$125k base salary (negotiable, depending on experience) + quarterly bonus, full benefits, 401(k) with match, and more Job Summary Our client is seeking a SQL Developer to join their team in Orlando, FL. This role is focused on supporting and optimizing high-volume production databases that power mission-critical business systems. This is not a traditional DBA, reporting, or data warehousing role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience writing SQL code in live environments, troubleshooting data issues, optimizing performance, and working directly with developers and internal stakeholders to solve real-world business problems. Job Responsibilities: Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user’s specialized role Write, modify, and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions Support high-volume production databases and mission-critical business applications Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues, data inconsistencies, and application-related SQL problems Analyze execution plans and implement indexing strategies to improve performance Work directly with developers and internal teams to support application functionality and data requirements Design and implement database solutions based on business needs Support ETL processes, data migrations, and system integrations Monitor database growth, performance, and overall health Qualifications: 3-10+ years of SQL Server experience Experience writing and optimizing stored procedures, views, functions, and complex queries Strong T-SQL development skills Experience troubleshooting live production database issues Understanding of query execution plans, indexing, and performance tuning Experience supporting business applications or CRM systems Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Agile development environments preferred Experience with SSIS, ETL processes, and data migrations is a plus About The Company Our client is a rapidly growing global cybersecurity leader trusted by organizations around the world to secure servers, endpoints, and critical business systems.
