About The Role As a DevOps Engineer at PMMC, you will serve as a critical bridge between our development and network operations teams, ensuring that our applications are deployed smoothly, reliably, and securely. In this role, you will be independently designing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring systems related to software delivery, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines. You will contribute to projects that are modernizing legacy applications and be critical organizationally to help deliver highly available and scalable solutions across our platform. Responsibilities: Design, implement and maintain scalable, cost-effective, performant, Microsoft Azure infrastructureDevelop, own, and monitor CI/CD pipelines across environments and application suiteImplement and configure monitoring, logging and alerting solutions surrounding cloud and pipeline infrastructureAutomate tasks and processes that are repetitive and cumbersome to enhance efficiencyLead incident responses and post-incident follow-ups to instill continuous improvements for our internal teams and end usersProactively create custom metrics, alerts and dashboards to allow leadership and others to monitor and understand system health & performanceEnsure best practices are followed for cost effectiveness and ease of use organizationallyCollaborate with the development and product teams to ensure requirements and complianceOwn the deliverables required to migrate and deploy solutions for client useSupport any additional operational projects and responsibilities as needed Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.Three to five years of hands-on experience in DevOps in an Azure environment or similar cloud infrastructure roleStrong experience operating within cloud environments (Azure), Microsoft DevOps and related technologiesPreferred certification in AZ-400: DevOps Engineer Expert or willing to obtainProficient in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesExperience in writing code, using version control and the software development lifecycleSomeone who can translate product & business needs into scalable technical platformsA problem solver who is proactive when making improvements and seeking out and addressing vulnerabilitiesSolid understanding of networking and security best practicesA growth mindset, driven to learn, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic environment What We Look For PMMC is looking for a highly motivated individual who will be a crucial link between software development and network operations.
