Description

Role Title: Core Python Developer Location: Northampton(Hybrid) Experience : 6 to 8 yrs Technical Skills/Competencies : Pytho n:• Design, develop, and maintain Python scripts for data processing and transformatio n.• Work extensively with Pandas and NumPy for data analysis and manipulatio n.• Work experience in file processing libraries and other python librarie s.• Work extensively with testing frameworks (unittest / pytest ).• Manage structured and unstructured file handling using CSV, JSON, XML, and API s.• Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and other developers on project requirement s.• Develop and optimize algorithms for efficiency and scalabilit y.• Perform testing (unit testing, regression testing) to ensure high-quality software deliver y.• Translate analytical requirements into technical solutions and document workflow s. Essential Skills/Basic Qualificatio ns:• Proficiency in Python programmi ng.• Knowledge of file handling techniques in Pyth on.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abiliti es.• Good understanding of data structures and algorith ms.• Effective communication skills, both written and verb al.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environme nt. Desirable skills/Preferred Qualificati ons:• Experience with Jupyter Notebooks or similar data science environme nts.• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoS QL).• GIT/Any other version control tool & Sonar cube• Understanding of SDLC/Agile methodology/Scrum/Agile Central/ JIRA• Easily adaptable to changes – work demands / schedules / manage ment• Candidate availability within reasonable time (good to have as soon as possi ble)
