Senior Process Development Engineer

Our client, a leading international group with around 100,000 employees, is looking for an experienced Senior Process Development Engineer to join one of their most innovative divisions in Limburg, Netherlands. Tasked with managing end-to-end production across the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept to commercial launch—this role thrives within a dynamic engineering team. By seamlessly translating product specifications into robust manufacturing outputs, you will directly drive the company's reputation for high-tech, cutting-edge innovation. You will lead the assessment of product manufacturability throughout prototype builds, bridging the gap with design teams through structured feedback to implement key design enhancements as well as being able to validate production processes through a deep understanding of input-output relationships and robust process controls. As a results-driven engineer who thinks in terms of solutions rather than problems, you are someone who thrives on driving world-class product manufacturability by optimizing processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with a strong emphasis on cost efficiency and consistency. In order to apply you are likely to have had several years professional experience in a comparable role – ideally within an international manufacturing business. Preference is for candidates who have a strong hands-on mentality. Lean six sigma and Dutch language would be preferred.
