Software Engineer – Backend Company: TestSprite Location: Seattle, WA / Bellevue, WA (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Mid-level (3-4 years) Education: Bachelor’s degree Salary: $8,000–$15,000/month About TestSprite TestSprite is the simplest AI end-to-end software testing agent for resource-limited teams needing confidence in their GenAI-coded software. We manage the entire test process for both frontend and backend—from generating test cases to writing testing code, to diagnosing issues, and even proposing fixes. TestSprite constructs and executes comprehensive test plans, managing the coding and analysis—requiring developers to provide only minimal input, such as the object itself and relevant documentation. No need to specialize in testing: No more test design, scripting or maintaining step-by-step instructions. Eliminate the risk of missed corner cases, compliance rules, or security issues. Ensure confidence in your code. About the Role We are looking for a backend-focused engineer to help us scale. You will design, build, and operate backend services and APIs that power AI-driven test generation and execution.
