Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in the design and development of core software products.
Collaborate closely with the development team across the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business applications, ensuring high product quality and on-time delivery.Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders to communicate, collaborate, and gather user and business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear software requirements and propose innovative technical solutions.Apply DevOps methodologies to continuously improve development and maintenance processes, and gradually standardize engineering practices.Review, optimize, and improve existing system processes while ensuring the stable and reliable operation of company systems.Manage and coordinate with external development teams, ensuring deliverables meet required quality standards and project timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.2–3 years of backend development experience, with participation in or ownership of medium-to-large-scale software projects.Experience in Web3 and AI-related development is an advantage.Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and coordinate external development teams and ensure successful project delivery.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proactive work attitude, and ability to work under pressure.Backend Development: Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Django/FastAPI).
Experience with Golang (Beego) is a plus.Frontend Development: Hands-on experience with Angular and/or React.Databases: Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g.
MySQL, SQL Server) and at least one NoSQL database (e.g.
Redis, MongoDB).Cloud & Containers: Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies (e.g.
AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud), as well as CI/CD pipelines.Middleware & Protocols: Familiar with message queues (e.g.
Kafka, AWS SQS).
Practical experience with the FIX (Financial Information Exchange) protocol is highly preferred.Version Control: Proficient in Git.
