Apply Now We expect you to Have at least 2+ years of experience working with backend systems (preferably Python or JS)Have a good understanding of how infrastructure and code work togetherHave experience working with relational or non-relational databasesHave knowledge of building LLM-based systems and prompt engineeringExperience with machine learning is a huge bonusExperience with n8n or similar automation platformsExperience with building frontend, distributed systems, event-driven system design, performance optimization and monitoring Salary Gross salary range is 3300-5700 EUR/month. Location We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga! For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
