Senior DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join a global delivery team focused on modernizing and scaling cloud-native platforms and CI/CD practices across enterprise applications.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical leadership, ownership, and expertise in automation, Kubernetes, and release management.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.Own the end-to-end build, release, and deployment lifecycle.Administer, scale, and troubleshoot Kubernetes environments in production.Manage application deployments using Helm.Implement and maintain secrets management with HashiCorp Vault.Configure and support CSI (Container Storage Interface) for persistent storage.Enhance automation through Ansible, shell scripting, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.Collaborate with global development and operations teams to improve delivery processes.Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause resolution.Support and optimize the DevOps toolchain including Git, Docker, Jira, and Confluence.Mentor team members and promote DevOps best practices.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.10+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years in DevOps.Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Helm, Docker, and Ansible.Experience with CI/CD, release management, and enterprise-scale application deployments.Knowledge of HashiCorp Vault, Git, shell scripting, and SQL databases.Experience working in large, complex, globally distributed environments.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications
Python scripting experience.Familiarity with Apache Ignite, GemFire, Fabric, and Agile methodologies.Experience with platform engineering, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise modernization initiatives.This role is ideal for a proactive engineer who thrives in complex environments, takes ownership of outcomes, and is passionate about building scalable, reliable, and secure DevOps platforms.
