Our client, a growing engineering and consulting organization, is seeking an Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to join their collaborative IT team.

What You'll Do
Lead enterprise infrastructure projects and modernization initiatives (approximately 60–70% of the role)Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar technologiesBuild and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment processesDevelop APIs, automation scripts, and integrations using Python and PowerShellAdminister Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)Support and optimize ERP and financial systems, including integrations between business applicationsDevelop Power Automate workflows that improve operational efficiencyProvide Level III technical support for complex infrastructure issuesMentor a Junior DevOps Engineer and provide technical leadership across the teamPartner with business stakeholders to recommend and implement technology solutionsServe as a trusted senior technical resource and provide leadership support for the IT Director when needed
What We're Looking For
6–8+ years of Infrastructure, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering experienceStrong DevOps background with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)Experience building CI/CD pipelines and deployment automationAdvanced Python and PowerShell scripting skillsAzure Cloud experience preferred (other cloud platforms considered)Experience supporting ERP or financial systems and system integrationsExperience with containerization and automation technologiesStrong troubleshooting and Level III support experiencePrevious mentoring or technical leadership experienceExcellent communication and presentation skillsSelf-starter who thrives in a remote environment and takes ownership of projects
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degreeMicrosoft Azure certificationsExperience supporting business systems such as ERP, HRIS, expense management, or project management platforms
